Don R. Hankey – Chairman – Head of the Hankey
Group of Companies, a privately-held organization based in Los Angeles, Mr. Hankey
has led the organization in consistently strong growth and diversification in the
automotive, finance, real estate, technology, and insurance sectors. Mr. Hankey’s
banking and finance acumen and relationships have enabled the Group to organically
grow to excess of $1 Billion in assets in 2007. A graduate of the University of
Southern California, Mr. Hankey was the youngest vice-president at a major investment
banking firm that would later be bought by UBS Paine Webber.
Eric D. Jarvis – CEO - Prior to heading
the Knight Insurance Group, Mr. Jarvis had been associated with the Hankey Group
of Companies for several years, serving in various executive capacities including
head of Business & Legal Affairs. He currently serves as President of Knight Insurance
Company, Ltd., and is a director and shareholder of the company. He is a graduate
of Pepperdine University’s School of Law and the University of California, San Diego,
and has served on several insurance company and philanthropic boards.
Mr. Dillon joined Knight Insurance Group in March 2008, leading all aspects of Finance, Accounting, Treasury Management, Analysis, and Financial Systems. Mr. Dillon has over 20 years’ of combined executive management experience including 5 years’ in Managed Health Care at Health Net Inc., 15 years’ in Commercial Banking, and 3 years’ in Mortgage Banking. Mr. Dillon is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a MS in Technology Management from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business & Management, and a MBA with a concentration in Finance. Mr. Dillon is a member of the AICPA and the California Society of Public Accountants.
Stephen Su is responsible for all aspects
of program development with KMIS, which includes strategic planning, pricing & rating
initiatives, underwriting, financial analysis & modeling. His past work experience
includes seven years at Farmers Insurance Group where he worked in Product Management
as a Senior Manager responsible for pricing, underwriting and national marketing
campaigns for personal lines. He also has extensive experience in claims management.
Stephen graduated from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business & Management
and currently holds licenses for a broker, agent and education provider in California.
Jose Aguiar is the President and Chief Operations Officer for Knight Management Insurance Services, LLC. A California-licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent, Jose was appointed as the head of Westlake Financial's Insurance Department in 1994, and joined Knight Insurance in 1999. Jose implements auto finance programs and ensures excellent performance and customer service to our finance company partners and their customers. He continuously attends claims and insurance seminars, and holds a degree in advanced technologies.
Guadalupe Esquivel is a Program Manager for Knight Management Insurance Services, and is the lead coordinator of collaborative partnership programs. Ms. Esquivel joined Knight in 2000, and served as an underwriter of commercial lines and car rental insurance programs, drawing from her prior car rental industry experience. She received a bachelor's degree from California State University, Los Angeles, and is currently working towards a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter professional designation.
